Our shipping rates are based on the current national and international rates of Australia Post.

Items posted internationally may be subject to additional customs charges outside of our control.

Refund Policy

We are able to refund returned products in their original packaging and in new condition. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense.

Warranty

All Visentin Equestrian products are backed by a lifetime guarantee - excluding blemishes and scuffing caused by normal use. Visentin will repair or replace faulty goods at their discretion. Postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
